Nah, someone got a hold of my debit card number, so I'm out a couple hundred dollars and my card is frozen.

the court decided i have to give my last remaining cat to my ex. my useless excuse for an attorney is trying to find some response, but at this point i'm out of hope. and i mean that quite literally. apparently i get to have no girl, no job and no cat, just an annoying drunken roommate who i have to put up with because i can't afford to live alone.

I just feel fatigued alllll the tiiimmmeeee.

I just cut a huge hole into my work boots with an axe, oh well. They just look badass now.

yeah, fuckin' tell me about it. my friend Jay came over tonight to pay harmonica with Dan and i, and all i could come up with to play other than the rather side-splitting C&W version of "Ace of Spades" i've been doing lately was "Bad" by U2 and "Pieces of the Night" by the Gin Blossoms. and my cat keeps on walking around meowing like "what's wrong, Daddy?" he can always tell when i'm upset, and how can i tell him that i'm going to have to give him up? if i didn't have a date with a rather intriguing woman off CL on Friday, i'd pretty much be ready to shoot myself all over again.

i couldn't remember the last verse to "Bad," so i pulled a Bono and interpolated "After The Gold Rush"...
