That question you would have to ask Alex about. I know he has done telecaster rail HBs, p90s in HB and soapbar size, tele SCs, HBs but idk everything. I can assemble it but TJ will hopefully help to finish it

Ummmmmm YAY, duh! It might need some regular maintenance but for that price its worth it IMO.

What kind of cardio do you do? I have a bad knee and can't run for long periods of time. Sprinting isn't bad, but I'm usually doing things like Burpees and Mountain Climbers as cardio.

One of the craziest "cardio" workouts i did that I damn near though i would pass out was
15 Burpees
15 dumbbell Swings
Repeat -1 rep each exercise until you do 1 of each. Rest only when you need to. Believe me it gets your heart racing.
15+14+13+12+11+10+9+8+7+6+5+4+3+2+1= 120 of each.
When i was doing it the first time, I swear to god i almost gave up around 10 each.... but i kept going. One of the most insane workouts i did.

I could do the bike. I should sign back up to the gym.

120 Burpees? Damn, that would be tough as anything.

It was, but the counting down thing REALLY helped. Like i said, I was dying around 10 and I said, well shit, Lets make my goal to get to 10. If i stopped then i still did a ton. I got to 10 and said, ah ok, lets just try 9.
It got so much faster after the 10. It still sucked, but yeah. I was dripping with sweat.
I also did cardio on one of those gazelle machines. I'm a pretty big guy so running kills my knees as well.
