Did everyone know Kratom was part of the coffee family? I certainly did not! It's legal here in NJ. I find it interesting that certain strains of the plant can be used as stimulant and/or a pain reliever (it has opiate properties).

I remember some friends using kratom to help kick pills/opiates like 7 years ago, I never tried it though. how is it?

Never tried it. Incidentally another legal drug here in NJ, Salvia, is good for getting people off of other drugs.

I highly recommend Runa. The berry flavor has 10g of sugar per serving which I'm not into. The lime flavor has 0g (that's my speed). I still like the Vietnamese brew coffee but I stopped putting the condensed milk in.

I think Cafe du Monde is my favorite so far. I can drink it black no problem.

If I brew some coffee in the Moka pot...then pour it through more coffee in the Vietnamese filter, will I ascend to a higher plane???

Also, my colleague just got back from Vietnam and bought a coffee maker for me.
I'm going to go full Vietnamese.

This is what I've been doing lately...I recommend it.
Since the Vietnamese coffee takes longer to make, set up a time where you make a bunch. Put it in the fridge. Make your regular coffee. Pour half of what you would normally have and use the pre-made Vietnamese coffee for the other half. Mix the rest in with the VC already in the fridge. Keep doing it.

I can't recommend this but I do it...milk and sugar galore for extra not clean burning rocket fuel.

I drink other caffeinated drinks (Hi-Ball Seltzer and Runa - Guayusa Leaf) so some days I skip coffee...and it just sits in the fridge where 'things' happen to it (as sediment sits longer). Super potent.

After thought I don't think I saw mentioned...dark chocolate is a very underrated and delicious caffeine source.

just droppin in to say im drinkin some coffee right now....its pretty good....nice on a cold rainyday, yep...just kickin back...yep...just kickin back....yeahh. grinded the beans I did.....could have added a sprinkle of peppermint, but i didnt...maybe next cup....ate a 12 Chinese donuts and feel asleep last night, wish I kept them to dunk in this coffee...yep.....ahhh, yep................have a nice day, yeahh......yep.

where can do you buy the Chinese donuts? I don't think we have a DimSum place within a 100 miles

I'm excited to go to sleep so that I can wake up tomorrow and have coffee.
