Running this with my Minibrute as a controller for now but I am thinking I may want to get an Oxygen controller or something so I can use the arpeggiator on the 'brute and do basslines on the Moog and stuff like that. COOL.

I admit I don't understand what I am seeing, I'm a keyboards noob, but this seems to be real and pure fun!!!

I love the wood sides!
How's the minitaur compare to the minibrute? I've wanted a bass synth for ages and those seem like the two I'm constantly debating between (well that and a rhodes piano bass... not really a synth but man that would be awesome!). Played both at different shops on the weekend but didn't get a chance to compare them directly.

I find they're pretty different. The Minibrute excels at more aggressive/electro sounds while the Minitaur does the fat/smooth/Moog-y thing as you'd expect.

posted this in pedals thread also, but the hell with it. commodore 64 will be joining the source on the middle tier soon.

That's roughly the vibe I had gotten. Very cool though, I'd love to be able to run both but I think the minitaur makes more sense.

i played a show with just a library of congress tape recorder and an axxe into a shiva. the power supply on the axxe was ruff spliced and shorted, blowing the breaker, and sending the room into darkness and silence. i just told people "yeah, that shiva, shit blew out all the shit."
