I've never heard of this game but it's taken my interest after a quick Wikipedia read... Thanks for bringing it to my attention!

I would play Alan Wake but noooo they don't feel like putting it on the PS3.

I've been playing Dead Rising 2 on and off for a while now.
I just want to spray over all of the Zombrex posters so I can get the mad experience boost.

Edit: Mission Accomplished.

I've been wanting the shit out of that game.

Shit's cheap too, next time I shit out 15 bucks or so I'll pick up a copy if I'm not desperate for weed or something.

When he starts to light up/charge his AOE attack get behind a pillar, most of your AI companions should follow you.
Ranged attacks seemed to do better.

...but really, if it's still a pain, just turn the difficulty all the way down. There is no bonus/no achievement for difficulty settings, and that boss fight was WAYYYYYY harder than it should have been that early in the game.

I've left the game on supereasy mode now that my hawke is glitched to all hell and is almost useless in combat.
Bioware has known about the issue for at least a month and hasn't patched it yet

I predicted DA2 was gonna be a lot like DA but now it seems that DA2 is worse lol the lesson here is dont believe the hype. TDU2 was horribly buggy and the online play was down for a month on release date. atari failed. only thing good to hit the box lately is gears 3

DA2 is basically a copy of DA, but with fewer locations/repeated dungeons/recycled assets (I assume an effort to keep it to 1 disc this time) and a terribly (mostly) shitty story.
The actual game takes place in 1 city/town (with multiple sub-sections) with a few outlying dungeons, repeated 3 times with little variation in each of the 3 acts.
Though the companions actually have pretty deep back stories and quest lines.

The first game was brilliant for all the things they tossed at you...the loss of your family/kingdom, the betrayal at Ostagar, the blight, the whole grey warden thingy, and that was all in the first few hours.
Lots of motivation.
About 35h into DA2 and the main story is still "get rich or die trying"?

Just got Plants vs Zombies last night to see what the big deal is. It's fun. I spent 20 minutes trying to figure out how to change the resolution though before I found out you can't... Wtf is 800x600? I didn't know that was even still an option seeing as how it isn't 1993.

Anyone else getting Sanctum when it comes out?

So anyone else remember the title screen from Starfox64 where you can move the little thingey around and all the starfox crew's eyes follow it around the screen?

Anyone else just get super high and never make it past that part?

GUYS GUYS GUYS!

So I've never played Pokemon Gold/Silver/Crystal. I've played just about every other version out there. I here Gold is pretty much the shit, so I bought it online for cheap.

And it shipped today. :duck:

dude, I love pokemon, (I started replaying red on my sisters old gbc today) gold and silver are great if not the best. Be sure to give everything really weird names, it makes the game so much better.

Well, see ya!

I had Silver and it was the shit. Being able to go back to RBY pokeymans land was mindblowing at the time.

Also, reinstalling Call of Pripyat.
