so missed out of a few pages...a lot to catch up on!

first and foremost...Thievery sucks! Parker i hope it works out for you soon.

Age...37...where the hell did the last 10 years go!

Reverend Mantaray is all types of goodness...but that custom SG is also really nice.

The Fender Jag with p90's...i tried 3 different ones in 3 different shops, i couldn't get along with it. It didn't feel great and the p90's were a little too tame for my likings. I also do like the oversized headstock, not a big fan of the Tele headstock.

That sucks about the price on the Vox guitar...maybe if you hold out they'll go on sale again...or you might be able to score a second hand one.

I think that's one of the reasons I like the Doom Room: it's not full of kids. Nothing against teenagers and young adults (I'm 24), but put them in a room together and they'll act like twats.

is anyone here in a killer metal band in the bay area? one that has a draw and can play a show on a few weeks notice? black metal or funeral doom or something dark? i'm worried we're going to lose our sf show 'cause the promoter can't find any bands that can do it. weird, 'cause there's like a million good bands that are all playing our oakland show. anyway, if anyone is interested, i'm pretty open to ideas here.

I know you like germanndude, but I have to say, despite not liking his playing or his tone, he makes that guitar sound damn good.
