Creston's in VT, right?
Can't you just meet him close to the border and smuggle it across? There must be somewhere they won't be able to see you.

I might discuss with them to see how my dream guitar could cost.
There's a note on his website... he is not taking orders this month.
So I still have time to think about it... and visit more guitar store.
I'd like to have an humbucker size P90 at the neck and an humbucker with tap coil at the bridge (Lollar pickup would be awesome there).
Hope I'm not dreaming too much.

Who cares? Dream all you want. Sounds like an awesome dream to me. One day that dream'll be a reality.

Jonesy - AH. i'm an ignorant savage about music history. yay!
Greeny's Cables - not a horrible price, but i can make cables. i've done the lancake style before. i'd LURV to find some heads as small as the George L's to make (way cheaper) at home though.

Sylnau - huh. didna know you could buy the heads by themselves. gah.... 7.50 each is a bit expensive. i think i get soldered heads for around $3 or $4. cool that that's an option though. thanks!
