Nice comparison! I couldn't help but feel like mine didn't sound quite like your previous Digital Water demo. The DW sounds more glitchy, I think. It's just on account of the LED, huh? I think I like having the switch, though. It, surprisingly, isn't all that bad as a normal delay.

Very cool! The bubbling sounds these things make is really pleasing. I live by the ocean and could take a small setup to the beach and communicate with my sea friends with one. I remember reading about some dude who gigs at yoga sessions. These would be ace for those too.

That's the way to kick in a demo! haha. Especially like that weird setting going on around 1:25 a lot. Then the setting right after that is such a solid useable setting that just sounds like great overdrive. The 2 min mark bass heavy setting is killer too! Great job!

Awesome videos! Both of them. UC, you did a cool short demo with extremely eye-opening settings that shows in 2 minutes what can be dome with the Pretty Years. Well, the tip of the iceberg perhaps, but nevertheless GAS-inducing. I didn't know what the pedal is before watching it.

And vidret, your video is nice as well. I admit that I skipped through most of it, but the sounds are very good. I think that the "bad" rendering fits to the character of the pedal.

Well, you COULD cut your videos.

How to demo like UC:
1. Set up camera and all that jazz.
2. Start recording on camera and in DAW.
3. Make some sort of hand gesture to the camera every time I've played something I liked.
4. Sync video and audio.
5. Speed up clip to x10 and place marker whenever I see hand gestures.
6. Remove everything in between markers.
7. Color correct and maybe add text.
8. Fake internet points.

I don't give a shit about the Pretty Years but that is a goddamn great setlist.

I gotta work on my irony, because I keep looking like a dick whenever I try.
