shits been busy this last month and I have only been going about 2 days a week to the gym. It sucks! I need to get back to lifting 3x a week. I am going to try and start hitting the gym up in the AM and waking up at 445 am to do it. Ive done it a couple of times but im still working out the schedule.

I did 205lbs on the squat not too long ago on a day that I was well rested. It felt fucking awesome! I cant wait to throw 2 plates on that mother fucker and get my ass to the grass. Hopefully by summer i'll be at 225lbs on the squat.

Nice lift, bro!

Back up to 155# cleans, aka over bodyweight. Could only do it once and failed 3 times trying a second time. Better than nothing.

Meanwhile, my push press is stalling at 95. Fortunately it doesn't hurt my shoulder as much so I should be able to do full Oly cleans in a few weeks.

Shoot some video next time you clean and let us check it out. I may give some pointers
