whoa, THAT was fucking weird...i was watching a documentary called "Top Secret Weapons of WWII" when out of nowhere the soundtrack fell into a tympani-driven groove that was basically the intro to Bjork's "Human Behavior" transposed up a fifth. it actually worked on an ironic level, but was still EXTREMELY FUCKING WEIRD.

I must build one. That is too good of a name to not get used for something.

It was probably the original song "Go Down Dying" which is Antonio Carlos Jobim music arranged by Quincy Jones and played by the Ray Brown Orchestra from the Adventurers OST... I have the LP...

I just had a phone interview and I don't know if I should post about it in the happiness or sadness thread so here I am. I chocked up for a good five seconds on the first question which was awful but I felt like I did decently well afterwards... asked good questions... kinda stuttered during some parts. This is a job where I'd be taking crisis calls so I feel like my phone performance was key. Ugh, I hope I get this.

You'll probably get it... If someone was having a crisis all you'd have to do is show them that pic of you and your dog and they'll cheer right up...

So a guy on Craigslist hit me up, we talked, and we were going to meet up. Then I get in my car, and see that I don't have enough gas to meet him. THEN, I see that he has been calling me from a private number.
Kinda funny, but kinda fucked for him. Whatever.
