You are in a tough spot. I'd like to say stand your ground and at this point the worst that can be done is a ding on your feedback and maybe old guy would open a PP dispute.

I'd be all over UPS. Keep calling them till you get the answers you are looking for. If the person on the line can't give you the answer you are looking for,....ask to talk to a supervisor. This is their fault. If the item is lost,...threaten to open an insurance claim.

Have you contacted a TB admin? They may be more helpful. I'm sure they deal with these sorts of things more often than you think.

That right there! UPS has a responsibility to know the location of every pkg in their system (I've done shipping professionally before, fyi); they can't simply say 'sorry' and move on.

What does UPS tracking say as to the status of the pkg?

I contacted UPS, they are flagging the package and returning it to me when it comes up. I also refunded the guys money and basically told him to go fuck himself. Fucking self righteous old piece of shit. I fucking hate old people. I'm sorry. They all have this entitlement bullshit and it's unjustified. Fucking dick bags. UGH! Oh well. I did contact an Admin so they are aware of the situation. What's funny is this cock sucker will have to wait until Wed. for the refund to hit his bank. Douche bag.

Given that you have like 45 days to open a PP dispute he could've easily given this at least another week to see how the situation would develop. This sounds more like buyers remorse than anything and he's just using this mishap as an excuse to get out off the deal. Go shove a walker up his ass.
