Breadboard from Hawaii gets here before the soldering station and other goodies from the local Amazon warehouse

ordered within a half hour of each other.

Blarrrrg I'm sick. I never get sick...first day of school too. Being sick is only cool when you're in grade school.
On the other hand, I'm so retardedly happy with my bassVI now that it almost balances out. It's about to get even more ridiculous too...it's already neck-divey but after this it's gonna head straight for the floor.

when you listen to a mix off the board of your band you really get a sense of how crap you sound and how much its smeared when your playing on stage and how out of time you are

So I was playing guitar tonight thinking, "Man having another Cathedral would be cool."
Two hours later I have this elaborate signal path of 16/17 pedals and I really want to make it happen. I'm 7/8 pedals short. I feel like being semi-financially irresponsible and doing this while I'm still working part time / living at home. Because once I'm on my own it would be highly financially irresponsible. Sheit son. Sheit.

What.
I was surprised that this isn't some Kickstarter shit.
Our headphones breathe the free-spirited-do-what-we-want-in-the-name-of-REAL-rock-and-roll attitude that Motörhead stands for.
