(I swear the interface is really easy once you know how/what it's doing)
Shucking fit; OK, I get it. I will put this on my list. This sounds wonderful (and like Squarepusher in a box).
My commitment to one form factor is waning fast...I do need hardware of some kind, though, so I don't see myself going full Ableton or whatever. But Axoloti, Monome, pedlols, synths, and Euro? Yikes.
I have three. 11, 7, and 4. I've taken them all many places. It's no biggie. I used to get a bit miffed at the idea of it, but it's not a biggie anymore. I'd even take them grocery shopping. I'm the dad, so you're asses better listen to me or there will be hell to pay. At least that's how it's set up in my house. Mom will also get you. but little girls seem way more upset about upsetting their dads. Kind of funny and weird.
We did an experiment once and asked them to be honest as to who the nicer parent was. Turns out I'm the dick, when my wife though she was. She's the cool one, I'm the dick. hahaha

I thiiiink the one I did with Goroth and DD a couple of weeks ago should come out cleaner -- that was using the generic webcam mic on my laptop, since we did it through Skype.
I got used to it by the end, so it's all okay. It's only hard to hear whenever someone is talking the same time as you. But whens that episode coming out??
Dunno -- I believe we're waiting on Goroth to send one of his band's tracks to D'arcy, and the social media tells me they just got the masters back, so... soon?

I haven't played with Push, but it's basically a dedicated Ableton controller, yeah? Monome is very different. It does take a little getting your head around each app, but most of them are pretty intuitive once you work with them a bit.
Yeah I just mean visually. Big box of blank squares reduces me to more of a gibbering buffoon than usual. At least, that's my guess: I'd still love to try it out if given the opportunity.
Looking forward to it. Seems like there are quite a few coming, with lotsa new people, exciting! Also, I was just in the local pedal store in Stockholm and discussed the spin chip. One of them has seen what UC and Simonthemagpie has been up to, and they were super intrigued haha
