I dont even have the order put in yet, and the guy has been more helpful than anybody in terms of guitars that I have experienced.

Best bet is to save a little at a time while staying far, far away from ILF. I took a 3-4 month break from here and miraculously saved up a large chunk of my EGC payment. Then I came back around and started buying shit left and right, financial responsibility immediately flushed down the drain. It's amazing how that works out.

It's a series II but it's all aluminum. Normally the series II are the wood hybrid but the original owner wanted all aluminum and she sings!!!

That is a fucking gorgeous guitar.

The only non-EGC headstock he has done was on the Isatona G, but that was more of a thin Strat/Tele combo than anything else

Yeah, I've seen him do a Fender-ish style headstock once, probably the same one you're talking about skully, but it still had the split in the middle, sporting that trademark EGC look (and probably weight reduction). It did sport the 6 tuners on one side tho, no 3+3 but it was in no way a proper Fender headstock.
That's how it should be tho.

Yep! I agree and I bet it was for weight reduction.

Wow, so badass.
I absolutely LOVE the JM/Jag headstocks or the cool oversized versions on some old Strats but I'd be totally happy with that EGC design. Shit looks good. If Kevin could be convinced to throw a swoop on the lower portion it'd be most of the way there...
