i hate strats, i always have, boring ass guitars, everyone has one, nothing unique about them(to me)
i love a good tele tho. but at anyrate, dwarfcraft guitars WILL NOT be producing any familier shapes or familier designs. Im not saying that strats and teles are in-efficient, im just saying that they were cool and new about 60 years ago and have been copied too much(they are good designs tho)
anyway. dwarfcraft guitar line is not happening as fast as i want becuz of space and a wierdo neighbor, but i can assure you all that you will be pleased with the outcome.
as far as the onboard effects thing. i think its cool, i don't like onboard effects unless its a two string instrument with a thunder that is on all the time.
like aen said we threw the idea around and he convinced me to offer up built in effects to your existing instruments. Also like he said, there will probly be a standard option, and then i imagine that any production pedal can be offered into the guitar, but remember, something like an E.C.T. will reqiure alot of routing/work.
probly the best canvas for these options would be a telecaster/strat, or really anything with a flat top and more than 40mms of wood to work with. im not sure what else to pipe in with.

Yeah man ive had sketchy annoying neighbors before. I usually just caught them in the elevator one day and told them about the yearning i get everytime i have sex with a really attractive girl to just strangle her with some bike chain and dump her body in a rest stop bathroom somewhere. I mean its like...youve got to make absolutely sure sure nobody ever gets to hit that again. the way i look at it its almost a crime to not kill her.
