one knob
three inputs: power, midi, audio
one output: audio
one footswitch
At this point, I feel like I’m just going to make this myself
And so much this - it's a no brainer right? Do a stereo version too.

I just want my bass to sound like people screaming from the depth of hell.

H9 is not that big, and it does have 1 knob lol.

is this also the oddly guitaristic keyboard heard on the
Atlantis album?
I was about to say that I wasn't sure, but then I returned to this thread and the answer is yes!

I love this era/sound of Ra and I can only imagine how magical it would be to get some of those sounds on my guitar.

Needs another knob though.

Another vote for a Vortex pedal.
I'd also like a device meant for low bass instruments (synth type pitches) with tons of gravelly texture (smooth fuzz is worthless here), a Meat Box type EQ/boost, maybe a hard chopping fast tremolo built in, and a detune function like a Polytope etc.

Yeah, this makes no sense. That flanger is rad.
Positive or negative regen that can oscillate, ability to stop the lfo and use it as a comb filter, adjustable delay time, mix and tone controls... plus DIRTY FLANGER!
What am I missing here?

A non warbly digital pitch shifter with at least one preset switch that doesn't cost 300+ dollars. At this point I'm considering just buying 2 pitchforks

I have this vague idea of an ideal pitch shifter in my mind. Something that doesn't sound like your typical pitch shifter, but still melds with your guitar instead of sounding like it's added on top. And probably with some weird, glitchy modes. But I guess coding it would take time and be expensive, and my ideas aren't necessarily marketable. The new Dwarfcraft comes close, though.
Oh, and digital dirt that doesn't try to replicate analog dirt. Sort of like the Guitar Disruptor - embrace the digital sound. Imagine an actual GameBoy-dirt. Or even better, a digital dirt synth thing that can switch between GameBoy and SNES sounds.

The Digitech Hardwire RV7 can do that I think (I don't have one alas) but it has reverse reverb and is true stereo.

A clean octave down that is analog and track well.
