Whoa now, Salt Lake and Provo are two different worlds. I never go south of Draper if I have a choice.
While this is true, the below statement is really the best policy

Well yeah but Utah has fewer neo-nazis.
Maybe.

Yo, let's talk about that sig.
It's just supplementary design work with Joel, nothing wild (unless he likes some of my ideas, then I'll do something wild). My full time job is nothing gear-related.
In twenty years here, the number of actual NatSoc people I've seen measure in the dozen or so, and all but a couple former prison folk who I can't assume kept the affiliations afterwards.

My pedalboard costs approximately 191 Metal Zones.
“We’re pleased to inform you that we, Cor-Tek Corporation, maker of Cort guitars, have entered into a purchase agreement to acquire the DigiTech/DOD brand, including all DigiTech/DOD intellectual property and assets.
“Since 1973, DigiTech/DOD guitar effect pedals have been iconic in the guitar industry, and we have a deep admiration for the heritage and legacy of the DigiTech/DOD products. We look forward to continuing the manufacturing and selling of the iconic products as well as investing in new features and products.”
I’m pretty sure it’s better than the brand and it’s IP disappearing. I don’t know how much better. Acquisitions can be pretty good (think the Dan Smith acquisition of Fender from CBS), pretty blah to bad (CBS Fender, Gibson from Norlin through Henry J), or fatal (Hamer, Opcode, Oberheim, Tacoma, etc.).
Tempted to grab a Whammy V to be sure I can get one, and this from a guy with a Ricochet and an IPS-33b (the OG “rack Whammy”). They may keep getting the orders sent to the same place, but if they redo the product line without institutional knowledge things could get worse before they have a chance to do better—pitch is a really particular thing.
