I haven't posted in here even though I agree with most things said. You're basically a bunch of decent human beings, which is much more than can be said for any given group of random people. Even Jwar, with whom I think I disagree on many, many fundamental things, seems to be a genuinely decent person at heart.

But that guy mentioned above ? Nope. Just fucking nope. He's the only one in my ignore filter.

I'm eternally thankful for all ILF members past, present, and probably future, to what end I don't know how I could ever repay. Though I don't participate that often directly, many of you are always swirling around in my brain, all the time, in every one of your incarnations and tenses, and I'm thankful for that. If I have a question, someone on ILF usually has the answer, even if they might be temporarily displaced or completely off the grid (sonidero, jero, stripes, dom, spaceritual, tuffteef, psychic_vampire, on and on and on), or just lurking the way I've been for a few years now. This place is always filled with wonderfulness I can't comprehend sometimes - thanks for this thread, too.

I love everybody on here. So many people on here have reached out when I’ve needed help, and I’ve tried to reach out and help whenever I’ve been able to. When I was trying to come up with individual people to thank, there really were a ton. So, thank you so much for being amazing. I seriously count many of the people on here as personal friends. If you ever see a gangly weirdo with big hair and a purple ILF t-shirt, it’s probably me and I’d love to say hello and buy you a beer and/or pizza.

UglyNora - one of the first friends on this forum and I've really enjoyed our mutual support for each others stuff over the years
Wfs1234/Willy/10201010010201010101010 - I don't talk to you that much but our podcast made me feel like if we lived closer we'd be real friends :)
IommicPope, InvisibleMan, goosekevin and everyone else I'm forgetting, you are all great and I appreciate you all
I feel the same way, buddy

I love you guys :animal: With big sloppy kisses that have my tongue halfway down your throats. ILF might be a bit harsh an uncompromising at best (especially when the times puts all of us on edge), but I've honestly begun to believe that's part of what makes it a great community. Like, every time someone joins they are pushed at some point by our collective bullshit, and those who have the more toxic or explosive minefield personalities immediately get tripped on and either leave or improve. IT's honestly pretty fantastic. ILF is essentially a noisy mental moshpit, pushing out those who choose to hardcore dance.

If I do have to give a shout out it's gotta be D.o.S., who unbeknownst to him helped me out of one of the greatest depressions I've had in my life. I was rejected by both my academic passion and recently cheated on and thrown at the curb. It was one of the things that led me to moving from one end of the country to the other in an attempt to escape the entirety of my life at the time, only to find myself in a cold uncaring city. D.o.S. Invited me to a Boris gig and bought me a beer and generally hung out with me like if we had known each other for ages (granted we did online, but that's besides the fact). That sort of human interaction restarted my systems and snapped me back into consciousness.

But it's not just him, ya'll are fantastic and I owe you beers/assorted tasty adult beverages. Also DRod, whom I was t h i s close to seeing on my birthday, but alas it was not meant to be. Next time I'm in town I'll shower him in booze.

I will say I do enjoy this place and yous guys are all cool. I've only really started participating more this past summer.

I didn't go to college and I'm not really internet clever so I can't participate to much in any of the deeper/funny discussions around here without sounding like a dumbass.
Other than that I don't have a whole lot to contribute at this point. Some day :) So for now I'll soak up your knowledge and maybe some day I can reciprocate.

See, Osc and I have disagreed on a ton of things but I don't dislike him. I have zero people on my ignore list (well except Witt) and I plan on keeping it that way. I love ILF and you guys all rock in your own ways. :)

I have a high school diploma and opinions that start to the gamey side of acquired taste, it doesn't stop me from spouting my nonsense all over this forum. Have at it.

Yes, seriously. Don't let secondary education act as a qualifier. I went to college, graduated summa cum laude and I'm the biggest dumb ass on the planet :animal:

Love you guys  I'm sure I'm going to be posting a lot during yet another grueling holiday season.

Oh shit. I'm not looking for a pity party. My sense of humor is probably my biggest strength. But translating that over the internet is hard. Tone of voice, facial expressions, and body language. You know all the things needed for proper dialogue.

I'm a shit talking, sarcastic product of the 90s. So some of the things I say would probably be misconstrued. Even though it's all good fun and no real harm is intended. So instead of watering down my sense of humor I'd rather just not say as much.

Once I get a better feel for everyone which will take forever. Maybe I can play around.

Nah you can't post without sending your transcripts to Chankgeez. He'll let you know if you're OK to contribute.
