I know you could probably have 3 Brothers and do just fine but I'm not trying to spend 900 bucks on my dirt section.

Basically I want 3 dirt pedals that can get me through any fuzzy situation that arises. Something light, something heavy, something weird. Somethings that can do all those things? Octaves? Oscillations? Let's hear it!

This is mostly just for shits because as usual I'm poor and I'm not about to spend any money on pedals for the moment

Elements.
Pharaoh.
Something Else.

I really dig my Witch Burner currently, and liked the Volt Thrower for mid gain stuff. But really for what and how I play, I can get by with just those two and the EQD Arrows. You know what, never mind, the Arrows is my third pick. I play a low wattage amp, so that will dirty it up just fine for overdrive/mid gain sort of shit, and it can turn the Pharaoh into one of the greatest tones you've ever heard for the heavies.

Buuuuuttttt, I've got a Frazz v2 on the way, so it's all subject to change :!!!:

As the grand master Soy Boy of this thread I am going to say "NO" on the premise that it is technically a reverb. If this would a reverb thread of my 4 reverbs, if I could only pick one, that would be my 'one'.

I've been thinking about this thread a lot lately. Some things that get dirty, I've been excusing because they are 'technically' something else (Seppuku Kompack Kassette is a 'delay', Geiger Counter is a 'Bit Crusher' etc.)

One of those Lone Wolf Audio One knob adaptations is on reverb for $150 right now. If it was exactly $55 less I would get it in a heartbeat. Maybe I'm hyper critical but it doesn't feel like it should $150.

Seems like I'm missing out (Don't own any of these three but they seem like fan favorites) not having a...

Something I've been struggling with lately
Would have said little bear rat, mini, tafm
But I flipped the little bear to get a rat king for the versatility and reliability but I don't love it as much and it doesn't stack with the tafm well
So have been running lal88, rat king, mini and been pretty happy

So, reverb has made a list of the 20 most popular boutique fuzzes on there. Kinda surprised by the lack of TAFM and ss/bs, Frazz, etc. given their popularity on here. Also JHS takes the cake.

I actually like most of Reverb's articles/lists, but that one sucked, IMO

Yeah me too, but I guess you can't really blame em for what people are buying on their site.

There's your answer. :poke:

No fucking way Jext Telez sells the 7th most fuzzes.
They even added random shit like the Bit Commander and called it a fuzz. :whateva:

I've never liked Reverb's articles because it's so obvious who's paying them to say positive things about their pedals.

That'd be so sad if it's true. Like, in a sad way.

Creating 'content' especially 'lists' is such a pain in the dick. I feel bad for the staff. This is a problem I have with marketing in general though, no indicative of Reverb.
