Re: Meris? Mercury7? Blade Runner inspired reverb?
I'm being told Ottobit Jr will be available in early April.
Still would like to know if it is dual mono or stereo merge.

I didn't see an Ottobit thread so I'm sticking this right here. Mercury 7 vid should be done next week. Enjoy!

Re: Meris? Blade Runner inspired reverb? & Ottobits too!!!
Man I am 100% sold on that fucker now. I need it. Fuck. It can do exactly the shit I want with 1 pedal versus like 4.

Re: Meris? Blade Runner inspired reverb? & Ottobits too!!!
I just bought an Ottobit Jr.
So I'll give a full demo if anyone is interested once it arrives. If it works like I think, I'll be selling a few pedals and using this instead. That demo sold me man. It's so fucking vast. I need to see if you can save presets, that's the only thing that would excel it to the top. LOL. I didn't look, but I bet it does.
It may replace the Dream Sequence depending on how the pitch and sequence works.

Vintage King has them selling? Maybe it's a pre-order and I was so hot and bothered, I just didn't notice. LOL! Either way, I got one reserved I guess. LOL

Yea it is a pre-order. Damn it! LOL!!
Oh well. At least I'll have one when they come out?
Also, it say pre-sets available via midi or external 4 preset switch. I guess I'll have to look into that. Wonder if it matters what type of midi box you use? Like would a DMC work?

Thanks so much man! You will be blown away, no doubt. A true game-changer not only for guitar, but it's a fully functional piece of outboard gear. I dig what Hologram did but the Dream Sequence had a lot of shortcomings that Ottobit Jr. makes up for IMO.jwar wrote:I just bought an Ottobit Jr.

-The tracking on the Stutter mode is the best I've ever experienced and there are a shitload of different patterns to choose from.
-Expression and MIDI are the keys to the city. Expression controls every parameter on the pedal and can shift between two presets. So now your 6 step sequencer becomes a 12 step sequencer and so on. :::head explodes:::
-I used a Disaster Area DMC-3XL Gen 3 with it and could save presets no problem. Out of the box, it comes with 12 (?) factory presets when you hook up a MIDI controller.
-The filter is unreal. The best in a guitar pedal ever. Yes, better than the Moog Lowpass.
Even though they've been making 500-Series modules for the last couple years, them getting into the pedal game will grow their fan base immensely. Super fun, inspiring stuff.
