Thought I would say I bought a Limbo III for my delay, and can;t wait to receive it. It looks like it's gonna be a good replacement for my MF-104m. Thanks for all the recommendation and many applause to those that turned me onto this super rad pedal.

The most humblest brag right there, but I would've never known about it if it wasn't for ya

Just contacted him directly after going to the sharktank thread and seeing comments of some being ready to roll this week. I was able to snag one of the first batch, no idea how many that involved but if ya want one just get at him! he might of posted more on his site maybe

Thanks! I messaged J just over 2 weeks ago and he said he would contact me when the batch was ready. Guess he forgot. It's ok - I've already spent way too much on music gear this month anyway. And I've still got some Xmas gifts to finish up on too. :snax: I can get on the Limbo III train next year. Enjoy yours and let us know how it works out for you!

Limbo III...Good call, seems like an insanely fun choice if youre after a unique modulation delay. Might be just as much overkill as yer old moig though, but it does leave you with enough extra monies for a second delay I guess :)

Btw, I can confirm that the ES-2 cant really hide why its the cheapest 1s analog delay out there with modulation and tt. My first one died in the first week as well. No complaints about the tones Im getting from it, but If I were touring or even just regularly gigging, I'd go with something that doesn't feel so...flimsy :idk:
Like a dm2w, moogerfooger, wh echo puss (rad pedlol, great value, just too bad it lacks tt), or maybe a memory man memory boy.

I know the search is over (is it ever really over though? ;p )...But I ended up with a kilobyte for my main weapon of choice in the slightly 'out there' category of delay peds :)
Havent been able to actually try it though, my amp's been at the tech since I got the pedal :(

Stuff Ive had less than great experiences with: Timebender, Malekko 616.

Yeah the DM-2w was my first choice and if for whatever reason I don't like the Limbo for the guitar, I will no doubt like it with my synths since it has CV, and I'll just buy the boss to compensate. I don't have any analog delays for my synths so it would work out nicely I think. It does leave me so much more money, honestly the main justification I had for the moogerfooger was that at 800 dollars I sold it at, it wasn't worth keeping. I would rather have other stuff, nice synths, other guitars with that money especially since it might be blasphemy but the moogerfooger sounds good but not 800 dollars good, maybe 400-500 dollars good.

The kilobyte was something I really really wanted but after trying it out last week I realized it sounded good and lo-fi but still digital which is fine! I like those tones but I already have 3 Boss PS-2 for grimey digital oscillating delay. I do like the hi pass filter as it makes things sound really out there.

Also glad I'm not the only one with Echo Shifter issues, Im glad I got rid of it as fast as I could, I don't really know anyone locally that hasn't ended up breaking it in some for or fashion

Yeah agree about the kilobyte, I thought it would satisfy my lush delay needs but although I think it's awesome and I'm keeping it I want to get an analogue/good digital sim again

Totally on the post, 80tape said he was gonna take care of it because it never even left NZ possibly since the tracking was never updated. It sucks for him to because now he has to deal with the headache that is international mail and I tried to talk to the post here but they said since its not updated they cant even tell if it's this side of the pond.

Its annoying thats for sure limboception of the worse kind
