Re: MWFX
Matt emailed me this morning to apologize for not responding to my earlier emails and paypal dispute. He offered a discount, express shipping, and the external control box on the pedal built for me in the run as compensation so I ended up sending payment this morning. Looking forward to the pedal now that it can actually ship out this week.

Think my metal judder had a cold as it is back to its grungy self. So here's two Judders and some shitty guitar.

Re: MWFX

I received my Judder today (along with a free expression control that was included with my order) and wanted to give some closure to this thread. Although my initial experience with Matt was a bit off to say the least (primarily due to a lack of communication on his part) that was not the case up to the point of shipping. Matt updated me on an ETA and I was provided with my tracking information in a timely manner.
As for the pedal itself, I can most certainly understand the wait as there is an extremely high attention to detail put into not only the pedal itself but the packaging as well. I was able to test it out briefly this afternoon as well as switch out the control knobs (a personal preference of mine) but I look forward to delving deeper into it later this evening.
It seems that the manner in which Matt announced this last batch of pedals may have put him in over his head but from what I understand he's taking steps to avoid that issue repeating itself again and I would also reiterate that towards the end of my transaction he kept up with me on communication and updates. This was my first time purchasing from MWFX and even though I started this thread I don't believe that he should be ostracized from the community over what seems like a small setback: In conclusion, I plan on purchasing more from Matt in the future and wish him and his company the best.

Re: MWFX
Repeated from the 'what's in the post thread' but in the interest of continuing this as an MWFX thread, here's the finished metal glitch coming my way this week.

Re: MWFX
He's working on that tremolo/phaser as well that someone mentioned on Facebook. Something about syncing the modulation waveforms of both effects with a ton of different lfo shapes..... sounds seriously cool.

Re: MWFX
Glitch arrived today. Only had ten minutes with it as Ive got to go out but fuck me, this thing is RIDICULOUS.
Aside from the sounds on the very short YouTube demos it's does seriously weirdo ring mod/sample rate reduction shiz, stuttery tremolos, and crude video game oscillator patterns. I will post demo sounds tomorrow night, not really set up to handle video but I'll see if I can find an angle with my laptop screen that'll work.
Haven't even had time to feed it fuzz or synths or anything but I'm expecting that to open up a load more stuff. For a PLL chip pedal this thing sounds pretty unique to me, it's worlds apart from 4046-m or mini ark.
