Yeah seriously. Did you happen to do the massive killing capacity etch on a LHW deluxe?

If you have a picture I can tell you for sure. I did a bunch of cases for Joe.

I think I have one more week before my orders get here. I'm stoked! I had a change of heart over "the doorstoper". Looking forward to plugging it into my bass amp and getting weird.

Yes and no.
Two of them needed a bit of TLC but it wasn't that bad. Obviously I'd prefer that not to be an issue, but I guess I'm ok with it.

Glad to hear it. I finally had to cut him off, the dude's ego is out of control lately and I was sick of hearing about him not paying people who do his etches.

I just took a chance on a used Left Hand Wrath deluxe but I would never in a million years buy new due to the builder's penchant for advocating violence and harm to people who disagree with his political leanings. Very Nazi like and quite disturbing actually.

Let us know what you think. I really wanted one but I don't think I sport a proper amp set up to harness all that power. The graphic is really fucking cool. Completely agree with you on used. You can get it for as little as 20% off.
I've been thinking about my grab bag items on my evening walks lately. Whatever could they be?

This. I mean, I don't claim that Nazis have a monopoly on political violence, but the guy is completely unhinged on facebook and shit. Even in this thread you can see me defending the guy a year ago, but his fucking ego/zappa worship/political hysteria is just too much to handle.

Well, despite my thought that the owner/builder is a huge Daucheborg for advocating and encouraging violence against people, I must be honest and say the LHWD (deluxe version) is a stellar pedal. The blend on it in particular kicks major ass. One of the only ones I've tried that sounds integrated. Killer second channel that allows up to 10 more tonal variations so it's like having almost 10-11 pedals in one. It absolutely crushes on bass, but I am partial to the Boss/HM2 sound in general so I am biased for sure. Overall, a killer clone that takes the original "to 11."
But definitely buy used. I got mine with box for $225 shipped. I think it's normally $325, which is excessive IMHO. Plus, as I said before I am boycotting any pedal builder that advocates political violence. Abominable Electronics is another major offender, but I've had two of his pedals and they both sucked so I wouldn't even buy used.

It makes sense that he might be a DB. Otherwise, who else would charge $325 for a pedal (the Acetylene Nirvana) that you could build for $40 using the Madbean Sharkfin pcb?! I've built a handful myself, and they aren't as difficult to build as LWA boasts.
I guess things are worth as much as people will pay for them, and these complaints are vast in the pedal world (see any JHS thread), so maybe I should calm down
