DUUUDE BADR VOGU FUCKING RIPS!! when I saw them, the venue cancelled the show so my friend moved the couches out of his living room and let them crush since his parents were out of town. I was just wondering about them the other day, hope they're still around

You guys dissing Elder Scrolls are dead to me! You hear me!!! DEAD TO ME!!!!!!!!
But seriously, I love those games.
Also, I hate Black Friday. I've been getting emails all week from shops saying they are having sales. Thing is, they always have sales. hahaha. I'm kind of bored with sales. I think someone ought to do the opposite. Increase your prices on the Holidays just to fuck with everyone. Now 25% More than Normal! See, it's got a kind of flashiness to it. It could work...I think....

Cards Against Humanity is famous for this.
Two years ago, they introduced a special 30% price increase on the game (for one day only!).
Lasy year, they sold a special product called BULLSHIT, only on Black Friday. They sold 30,000 units to the tune of $180,000. When people got it it was actual bull shit in a box. Like a rotting, one-pound turd LOL
Unrelated to Black Friday, they bought an island in Maine and sold one foot parcels of land to, like, 200,000 people.
Meanwhile you can download their card game, essentially their only actual product, for free, and have donated over $2,251,950 to charity, to date.
True anarchists, those people

I have the deed to a one foot plot on Hawaii 2! It was part of the Kwanza celebration.

Lego Shop is doing a humdinger of a Black Friday: double points, free shipping, and a neat little gingerbread house if you spend $100. I took advantage of the early access and it was great. Double points means that if you spend $100, you get $10 to use off a future order. Mmmm, Lego.

My Lego addiction runs as deep as my pedal addiction. I have a Lego ritual when I am anxious. I keep a small number of unopened sets in my guitar room. When anxiety gets out of control, I assemble one. The room has to be quiet, no music or TV. My phone is banished. Just me and my Lego set. I follow the instructions to the letter and I focus on each step. I ponder why they choose each joint and connection, what the logic behind it it. After I build it, I play with it and explore the features.
An added benefit is that if I am having light anxiety, I can play with something I already built. Just looking at my shelf of unassembled sets still in the box lets me know that I have come a long ways.
I am completely useless at watching TV or playing guitar when anxiety hits, but I can manage to bash monsters in Diablo III.

Figured it out. Super easy on the real internet, but impossible on their mobile site. Or that was my problem at least

Lego's North America headquarters is in my state and a very good friend of mine use to work for them. She use to bring my son (1 year old at the time) so many duplos home that were open box or missing one piece for the set for pennies on the dollar.
Now she works for Hasbro so we have so much Playdoh, Sesame Street and we don't know what to do with (seriously the Playdoh is a problem).
The moral of the story is she still has hookups at Lego so if there is a hard to find set or an expensive set you have always wanted I could try and get it or have someone keep an eye out for it. Open box / missing piece stuff is like 70% off for them but if you are overly OCD and it's missing one piece while building you might go crazy. I got the haunted house from her as a birthday gift and luckily the missing piece was in the gate at the very end and didn't affect the structure or look.

Dude. Seriously. This is my jam. I'm really, really easy to please with Lego. I buy spaceships and buildings with interesting parts for making spaceships. Missing pieces and people are no big deal, since I cannibalize a lot.

This is beautiful, dude. I'm glad you have found something that works for you.
As for sales, has anyone confirmed the Best Buy $299.99 Xbox One deals? Cause I'm selling my camera tomorrow, specifically to fund that purchase.
