Rollins Band was better than Black Flag.

Soul Crusher was the pinnacle of anything Rob Zombie ever did.

No problem dude... almost the same level for me hard to pick favourites sometimes. The Ocean is fucking awesome though

Sonic Youth did not release one album that is good front to end. That said, NYC Ghosts and Washing Machine are best, the rest clocking in somewhere between fun and horrible. I still love them.
Raw Power is best. (Most people I know irl like the eponymous best, on here Fun House seems to take the cake.)
The first Refused album is the best.

I think The Greatest is the greatest when it comes to Cat Power and that Sonic Youth's Rather Ripped is solid all the way through.

Here's one, Boris aren't so much an "album band" as they are a "discography band" (a Bowie, if you will). Even if you have a favourite album, or are able to sort out the releases into ones you love and ones you're more meh about, ultimately, what Boris album do you lend an uninitiated friend? They're all so different that it would just leave them with the wrong idea. You'd have to recommend two or three.

Noise really is phenomenal, if too polished. I saw them on that tour and the songs were even better live. "Angel" is one of their best twenty-minute delay-fests.
