To be honest - I`m not a swedish death metal fan( that`s for this pedal became famous ). I don`t really like how it sounds in standard tuning or even one or two steps down tunings. But it sounds foken glorious for a slow doom metal in B or A# standard. Sounds like a mountain is crushing. That maxed knobs setting making sound this pedal unique. If you turn down highs a little bit - it will sound more like an ordinary distortion. Currently my most favorite toy

Yeah I know guys, it`s not a fuzz, not a vintage stuff, I don`t even know what is it. Pitch vomiting shifting candy unicorn or wha? Doesn`t matter, CREEPIEST PEDAL EVARR I felt myself like a little kid when I turn it on for the first time. A couple of years past and I feel the same Basically it is a delay with pitchshifted repeats, also it can chorus or doubletrack a little. Magic button is like a feedback , but not eternal. It doest one or two delay feedback circles, depends on the settings. Pitch and tracking controls are interactive, they can also affect the density and the speed of the effect.
Best way to scare the shit out of your neighbours, audience, bandmates and the kitty
this time I captured sound better I believe. Btw suprisingly , but during the first knob position it sounds VERY close to mid-scooped setting on my univox super fuzz. Seriously! HM-2 and SF got some schematic similarities : six silicon transistors ( but hm2 got additional 4 JFET trannies ), 2 germanium diodes ( hm-2 got plus 8 diodes , for different purposes ) Maybe that`s the reason I don`t know. Anyway it is one of my favorite boxes ever and the cheapest one lol

Monarch thank you man, I`m glad
Matamp King Street mk1
Yeap it`s not a fuzz but it can fuzz ( mostly on mid scooped EQ setting ). It`s not one of the iconic old matamp schemes. This is the King Street mk1 : 2x EL34, 15 or 30 watts I don`t know, but I was told that the wattage may vary. EQ response is great, knobs are interacting very good until you turn master volume to 6. Then you got only two different sound settings : mid scooped fuzzy or fizzy like sound and ALL THE KNOBS TO THE RIGHT I was suprised - but this is the best sounding setting. I guess that other big MATs can do more and sound at least perfect but this mat_for_the_poor_doomer sounds really good. It also has footswitchable and adjustable internal gain boost, low power mode, record output which I didn`t used yet. What is the best thing it can do? That cool juicy crunch sound ( with ordinary EQ settings ) with guitar tuned to E or D standard. I was happy just to play old ez 3-chord rock stuff. It eats drives and fuzz boxes pretty good until you turn master volume to 5 or higher. I guess I`ll make a bit more demos until I get rid of it, cuz IMA boss-hm2 slave

The second season of True Detective has ended. So the demo is a tribute to the Black Angels ( true detective OST ), love those tunes
This fuzz feels like a perfect vintage fuzz for me, it is crispy, lo-fi, sharp, sometimes its unpredictable - you just hold powerchord and hear random short screams of a dying sustain. Sounds between sam ash fuzz box and knight fuzz. Now I can sell them both without any regrets.

This is a remake of the Elka Dizzy Tone , which was a variation of tonebender mkIII. Basically it is a gated tonebender, sounds supa rippy
