Been mostly a buyer there. Been stoked so far. Good deals. Most folks will accept offers if not too low, etc. I will probably start selling some things up there shortly as well. I've got a few things that aren't getting airtime. Probably time to move them along. I like that it's cheaper and easier than Ebay, and that most people I have worked with have been super knowledgeable. I am not, and have never been a huge ebayer, but I do like how global it is. I hope Reverb get's there. I'd love to see all my favorite builders get shops on there if it's not too hard.

Is it only US based or can EU guys buy / sell on there too?
It's still a little confusing for me, also the prices there seem quite high and I wonder whether they include shipping or not.

I found a shop from Japan. So, I think it's world wide.
Sellers can set their own shipping (like eBay). So, it's whatever the seller sets it at. International shipping is almost certainly gonna be extra.
Prices vary. Like anywhere else, there's some reasonably priced stuff and some overpriced stuff.

Whenever someone lowballs me to the point of being insulting, I counter by raising my initial asking price.

I buy and sell on Reverb all the time. It works. If I get an insultingly low offer I straight up decline it and tell them to make a fair offer next time. Same with ebay but fuck that place. Reverb is cooler and they skim way less.

Hahaha! I did that earlier and got no response! Then I sold it here for my asking price.
