Yeah, don't get me wrong dude. I'm happy that there are companies like Digitech out there. I was merely curious as to how lowering the price of a product by 80% would affect the public opinion.

It's a good question and I don't mean to come off as aggressive or anything, but I don't really know. I imagine it will be like the updated DOD 250 - when they got blown out it affected resale but people actually started talking about discovering how cool it was, not that the value was diminished.

The Boneshaker is pretty damn cool, maybe now more people will understand?

I much rather get a cheap pedal I didn't expect to buy and be surprised that it's cool, rather than a decent priced pedal and get what I expected.

Bogo can feel like less of a deal when you're still paying what you would have and have to get two things. (actually not but psychology is weird)

Either way, my 4 should get here soon

Let's hope so :)

Did you also do a blowout on the Bifet Boost? I seem to remember them going for half of what the 250 retail for, but maybe that was just one shop.

Me too, but that's really not what I'm saying. I'm just interested in the marketing strategies behind it.

I didn't blow them out, but I did give it a decent price reduction.

I've been notified that Customer Service has been completely overwhelmed and we need to put the deal on standby. I'll try to let you guys know when/if it gets turned back on.

That was amazing!

I regret not picking one up when I saw it. Oh well.
Btw I think it's awesome that you take the time to enlighten us or whatever the term is, cheers! :thumb:
