Hey, after thinking about it a bit, I'm bumping the "small" up from [4 pedals or less] to [5 or less].

I think last year, we didn't do that, and I think I'm leaning toward no again for this year.
I feel like clips sway the competition toward those who have a decent way to record their sounds.
People who didn't have the ability to record clips would be at a disadvantage.

Yeah, pretty hard for a vid cam mic to compete with an 8 track digital recorder and an SM57.

I'm excited! This is my first time entering, so I feel like I might be a dark horse. I don't think I've ever posted in the LOOK AT MY BOARD YOU GUYS thread, and I don't post pictures too often. Although who knows, maybe you guys are keeping a running tally on my gear and I just don't know it. I also included something that isn't a pedal, but could be used as a pedal, but I didn't count it as a pedal, but dammit I'm just trying to get past the first round.

I really liked the year we had clips - one of te things that makes ILF what it is is that people are mostly into making cool sounds as opposed to (primarily) looking cool. Mostly. Relatively speaking.

What about making it a level playing field- everyone has to use a mobile phone to record a vid, regardless of how much cool gear you have. If we are having like finalists and stuff then the finalists should do it.
