Line 6 Tap Trem?
Empress trem has tapretinal orbita wrote:Yeah. I want a trem with tap tempo.goroth wrote:Pedals that have a distinct 'tempo' but no way to set it. Arpanoid for example, or a choppy trem at slower settings.
Agreed on this, I had a Hardwire Supernatural, and I found myself really not using any of the weird modes, I just wanted a big boomy hall verb. Which I still need to find, except cheap. What cheap verb does the best boomy hall mode? Oh, and I just can't get into spring reverb. I really don't like that boingy thing that spring does.jamesmikelly wrote:Shimmer and most other "out there" verbs. I remember hearing so many people talk about how I needed to try particle verb and it was annoying just having random shit happen after I played. That said, I am interested in the Descent so I can run octave down reverb trails into dirt.
Digiverb's hall is good enough for Evan in Young Widows.bigchiefbc wrote:Empress trem has tapretinal orbita wrote:Yeah. I want a trem with tap tempo.goroth wrote:Pedals that have a distinct 'tempo' but no way to set it. Arpanoid for example, or a choppy trem at slower settings.

I'm using the empress. It's rad. But I don't see the point of square wave without tap.retinal orbita wrote:Yeah. I want a trem with tap tempo.goroth wrote:Pedals that have a distinct 'tempo' but no way to set it. Arpanoid for example, or a choppy trem at slower settings.
:edit: no, you're right. There's a reason you need to have a E13 SM with chaos, a Cherry Pop, and a War Horse. All the same circuit, but none takes it all the way there...Mudfuzz wrote:soda meiser, I like the effect and all but but I never really had a version of the circuit where there wasn't a compromise… actually… I feel that way about a good many modern "homebrew" fuzzes from the USeven if I like them a lot
+1 - That's exactly the reason I pretty much solely use clean channels, or even better, non-master-volume tube amps. If it does have master volume, I leave it wide open and get dirt the hard way.sonidero wrote: Can't use most amps Dirty Channels neither...
The Cherry Pop was so almost perfect… well.. the first one I had the second one was not scary and evil like the firstspacelordmother wrote::edit: no, you're right.
