I'll say this having owned the two faced fuzz, it's not worth the effort.

It's not necessarily a question of being worth it or no. It's just a matter of getting the information cataloged for future reference. Having the option to build a particular circuit, or just being able to access information to repair it, is nice to have. That's what this mission is all about. In the meantime, he's a video of the Lion. Although I'm not a fan of overdrives, this one rings fairly nicely.

I'm working on the schematic right now, with a vero to follow.
Cheers.

Awesome! sounds really smooth, and it sounds like it can stack nicely with other fuzzes. Great stuff man!

Here's the Lion schematic for the tech heads. I'll try and get a vero done this week.
Talked to Karl down at Main Drag Music the other day. He worked with John Schumann back in the day, soldering boards. He said that he would try and see if he can dig up anything insofar as the Two Face and Lion X is concerned.

Hey all, just necro-bumping this sucker in the hopes that someone might find Jesus, and help me out with my Two Face and/or Lion X quest.
I know the Lion X has been traced, but to date, has not been shared.
I've encountered one Two Face owner so far, but I've been unable to convince them to part with it for a short period of time. I've even thrown in the offer of building a clone of their pedal as a gift, to no avail.

OK, gonna shake things up here.
A very kind gentleman has not only sent me his PLL for repair, but his Two Face Fuzz as well for tracing (as thanks for fixing his PLL).
So stay tuned for a future thread on the dissection of the Two Face. If you folks thought the PLL was a rats nest of wiring, it's nothing compared to the TF. Basically, take the PLL, compress it 5 fold, and you've got the jist of the TF.
Only the Lion X eludes me now... dang it!!
