The Freqbox will interact with the filters in the Micro Synth and you can double up the single osc. with the up and down on the Micro. The Soundblox, while not my fav gain pedal, sounds ridiculously other worldly when set to the Multiband distortion.
I use it after my Hog2 for walls upon walls of distorted pitch madness!

well i dont have a multiwave distortion (yet), but i got my microsynth (stock big box with wallwart) and it is a pretty cool combo after the freqbox.
you gotta have them both set just right tho.
any suggestions on how to set the freqbox? perhaps just the waveform setting?

thanks for the tips on that...pretty cool soundz.

i tried running a muff after the micro synth, sounds cool but totally covers the envelope /resonance effect of the micro synth

I got my microsynth Mod back....based on AllisNOISE's review, i have a soundblox distortion on the way to run after it! gonna be rad!

I use it with guitar all the time. with moogerfoogers, or other synth pedals its great. with a heavily modulated/fuzzed out signal it's real nice on too. the control layout makes it more conductive to the get down and button pushing/knob twisting sect than the stand and stomp type players.
