Is The Black Forrest based on the Colorsound Overdriver by any chance? They sound very similar to me with the exception of the depth control switch. I have a Colorsound Overdriver clone kit in the mail as we speak. The Black Forrest sounds awesome. Hoping to get some similar tones out of the Colorsound Overdriver clone.

DUDES.
I get a screaming madball amount of feedback when I turn any WItchBurner knobs much past noon...playing thru a 2 watt amp that's not even in the same room.
Is this what it is/typical for this circuit, or is there something wrong with this?

Special low-frequency version.

Yeah, that's normal. Mine's the same way. I kinda like it, but it has limited applications. I only turn one of the knobs up past noon at a time.

If you are chasing Marc Bolan's tone you might catch up quicker with a Hornby Skewes Shatterbox and a Rangemaster.KaosCill8r wrote:I thought so, gotta love some vintage overdrive crunch. I'm chasing them early Marc Bolan T Rex tones Thanks dude.
