Dear Behndy,
I am pondering a few options about what to do with/to my Dingwall. If I stick with this one, I may change some of the electronics out. Mine doesn't have the 4 way pickup selector, do you find that to be a handy way to incorporate series/parallel pickup options? Do you use more than one setting?

realzies - hah! STUMPED me! i don't know SHIT about basses and woods and electronics. i just got lucky enough that the first nice bass i bought is like they took a piece out me to build it with. that thing is just PERFECT.

urm. i like the 4 way switch because the only settings i'd want to switch between is serial and neck pup solo. serial is where i always leave it, if i want a thinner guitar'y style i go neck. it's neat to cleanly switch between the two. DOOD. what i WANT, and i'm going to talk to my boy when i drop my bass off to hopefully get the click taken out of the killswitch about doing this.... is a soft, video game style momentary switch to flip between serial and neck pup. sorta like what Buckethead has on his guitar. that could be sechsy. dunno tho. have to look at how much of the bass would be drilled out. don't want to hurt my little Sunburnt Mermaid Baybayyyyyy.

sillies - urf. i don't really have anything for this. i'm fucking dead. had a weird emotionally draining as fuck last 3 days, good result but the dramatic'ness has kinda wiped me. that, and this trip to Japan has me just fucked.
