It's pretty funny that the guy that made an overdrive as a statement against overdrive is taking on a clone of THE BOO-TEEK overdrive. Pretty exciting. I was going to get a barber OD or OCD for some low gain OD goodness but I would like to see what Brian can do with a klon. My FUCK is a little wonky in the low-gain department, it's better when it's all gnarly and turned up.
Anyway, I'm down for some klonopin.
Also I have no idea what the hell you guys are talking about with filters and paraEQs. And I don't own an expression pedal

well, i like pedals after all and i like overdrives much more now, too!
really though, i won't really be modifying the klon circuit much if at all - mostly just adding the extra modifier post-circuit (the BPF or whatever).

I was down for this 6 months ago or whatever and I'm still down for it now. Sounds rad.

Word. Well, Maybe you could give it more gain? I've never played one but I heard it's a BLOOS pedal for BLOOS guys that like their guitar's tone. The FUCK is pretty rad (lots of crunch) but it's not "transparent" like the klon claims to be. So it would be cool to get transparency with a little extra crunch. Also, I like the idea of having more EQ control than just a tone knob, Dr S.'s The Elements is really versatile and useful for the EQ Ryan built into it.
...Maybe I should just hunt down another singing tree. That thing was like the holy grail of clean, sweet breakup.
...Singing Centaur on Klonopin?
Btw, klonopin is an anti-seizure/anxiety medication. It seems pretty ILF to have like a crazy freak-out/seizure klon, although the FUCK kind of has that rad blown-out feature already...
Maybe some pill art on the pedal like the back of Kaneda's jacket?

Also, idk if you guys know about ZACHARY guitars or not, but a quick google of the klon brings up that sociopath's web-rant on it and it's a pretty hilarious read:

^I think he needs some klonopin

Having owned a Klon clone, the higher gain stuff isn't super transparent. It's got a pretty significant mid boost ala tubes creamer. Its got a weird sweep on gain with the dual gang pot. It's like straight up fat clean boost (which I really liked the sound of) then as you crank the gain it gets brighter and the tone changes. So I'm not sure how a gained up one would sound.
Also, I consider my fuck to be pretty transparent... Idk. And I've tried most of the "TGP buzzword Transparent" ODs.

After just recieving a Klon clone in the mail last night from one of my friends, I'm glad that Brian will be revamping the circuit a bit because honestly I didn't care for it as it was. Then again I didn't try a clean boost in front of it. Anyways, Brian will make it magic.

I thought the whole point was that when you put a Klon in front of a bassman Stevie Ray Vaughn took control of your fingertips?
