I need some help! I want to put a analog VU meter in my pedal. I want it to read the voltage sag/starve. Help please!

It's August, and silver foils will start shipping this week. There's just a few left in the 1st batch...I imagine the 1st batch will close down this week. Then ordering for the second batch will start Sept. 1st!
