That was the complaint, he was really cool when you talked to him about ordering a cab, and even cooler when you talked to him about sending a down payment, but then after payment sent he would disappear off the face of the earth. He issued a statement saying he had some really bad family and living arrangement issues and that he would be trying to make amends to all whom had suffered, but apparently that has yet to be seen.

I hope he figures his shit out. I'd kill to get a cab from him. Firstly I hope he is well, but mostly I hope he can make amends with what customers have had issues. Scary road...

Ancient Astronaught wrote:The layout looks identical to mine, any way you can post a video or sound demo? I'd love to hear what the difference is! This pedal is massive in tone, and very versatile IMO, you made a good choice. Let's hope the customer service stays on the up and up.

Oh and lil FYI incase you don't know, these have the jacks wired up reverse like an old big muff, input on the left, output on the right!

I did NOT realize the jack placement. Thanks! That'll be modded :D

I was told it'll ship today, so hopefully it'll be here by week's end. I will certainly make clips into a recording interface for maximum BAASSCRUSH. I am so excited to finally try one for myself! :yay:

Got the custom Tectonic Shift today! Haven't had TOO much time to play with it but first realizations:

Even though dudes said the Super Fuzz side was modded for more gain/ volume it has a pretty noticeable volume decrease. May have to change out the output cap. Maybe?

Both sides in conjunction are massively loud. Really, really good sounds. I have had almost no time with it but so far I wish it was a little more defined. I was able to get ridiculously bass heavy (did I mention loud?) tones. Could be the after-work lazies but it is, so far, is a little difficult to work with. For me?

I'll spend more time with it over the weekend and post clips :joy:

I talked to a buddy of mine over at trade up music who knows wade. From what I was told that a combination of getting very ill and a very bad divorce all with in the same year is what he had to deal with. I feel for the guy and I really like all of his stuff. I hope that he can rebuild again because it would suck to see many of his sweet creations go away.

What settings are you using? My superfuzz side has a noticeable volume boost pretty much at any and every setting I put it at, the lay out is confusing though, the knob above the tone switch controls the superfuzz gain, and the the knob above the superfuzz switch controls the tone (octave) circuit along with the knob on the back next to the jacks (which from what I can tell is a starve control). His layouts are ADD as heck but they are true to the old school and i can appreciate that.

That is really rough for a man to go through. I'm with you, if he had to deal with a nasty divorce and a horrible sickness in a short amount of time, all while running a business, then I feel for him as well. I think the only thing people wanted was some communication as to what was going on. I really hope he rebuilds because his stuff is really awesome and he's got a really good ideaology going on, modern builds to vintage specs, with even more low end.

Thanks my friend! It's not a lodestone, is a Big Muff Pi clone he did for a good friend of his who then sold it to me, and I got that about 3 months ago. The tectonic shift I picked up from Sonny a few weeks ago.

that's awesome. I really want to get my hands on both a Tectonic Shift and lodestone. How is the Big Muff clone? and how do you like the Tectonic Shift?
