As some of you may know, Prymaxe Vintage finally got some of these in the shop. They're $272 though, which is a little more than I was hoping they'd be. I also saw in another thread that Tommaster's broke in two days, which makes me slightly weary of buying one. I'm still super psyched, of course, but I might wait for a coupon from Prymaxe.

Is this an envelope delay?

Yeah so I'm still waiting for ANY word it got fixed or is being fixed etc. Sent the pedal off no real reply rather than we'll tell you if anything changes.
After two days the hearing knob just like dropped out and its essential in the way it works which is this.
The bottom two knobs are blend features. So hearing and touch, hearing being a volume knob and touch being a clean blend. The top knobs taste touch and smell are variants on the stuttery nature of the pedal.
So after two days the hearing knob kinda stopped working, previously unity was at like noon, all of the sudden even at full volume there was a massive volume drop like large and obviously turning it up caused a massive hiss. So when I stepped on the pedal you couldn't hear the guitar without cranking the amp. Problematic as it's not something you can use at all as a result if you ever wanted to turn it off. The pedal still does what it's meant to do just kills all volume from your signal. Weirdest breakdown of a pedal I've ever seen.

It's a weird tremolo more than it's an envelope delay and it is a great pedal while it works. If you go through Prymaxe they have good returns so you might be ok if you get a dud

i dunno why but prymaxe has it up on ebay still even tho their website says out of stock... theirs ONE LEFT!

They do that sometimes. It will be out of stock on their site, because they allocate some of them for ebay.

Not me.. I was really going to but tommasters's post kind'a put me off.. I still want their stuff but I think I will wait a bit and see about this one [yes I am use those of you that got one as my personal guinea pigs ]

Ah man, I just imagined what putting one of these in the loop of a Super Ego would sound like and now I have double-GAS.

I put it in my cart and daydreamt about it for a minute this morning.

Well I just called Prymaxe and they didn't have any. If I freeze myself, would someone be so kind as to unfreeze me when they're available again?
