So, I'd put in a word for the A Customs. I have a 17inch and an 18inch that I both love. They have a really great sound that I think can fit well with almost any music. Not the cheapest cymbals out there, but they won't break the bank.

Just got a Ddrum Dios 13 x 7 maple snare to use as a side snare. Has a nice thwack to it. Contrasts with my Supraphonic.
