Same here. I actually kind of despised and still despise Corgan for being a bigot doucher. But my God it's hard to be empathetic towards someone that is so fucking rude and unnecessary on a regular basis.

I like Ken's work, and I still want everything he has to offer. He builds good shit. Devi on the other hand I feel will eventually be hurting Ken's business. That's just my opinion.

The idea of "too expensive to refund" is sort of like "too big to fail". My opinion is that if you can TAKE the money, you should be able to RETURN the money. Exactly! And in this case the issue was that that policy was not communicated until after the fact, and when it was communicated, it was not done well...

I do think issues like this are the most valuable part of internet forums: you get to find out what quirks builders have and their approach to business, and then you can make the decision whether or not it's worth it to deal with them.
