I love the Bee Gees, especially the disco era stuff! I'm a fan of all of their stuff up until the early 80s then they got to syrupy for my taste. I also grew up in Colorado in the early 70s, so John Denver was drilled into my skull, huge fan. And finally, The Carpenters, great pop craftsmen!

Oh. Yeah... really don't like Green Day. Them and a few other pop punk new rock whatever you call them bands have always been my most disliked things in music. I think the only exceptions to that were Offspring, and Eve6 (to some extent) both of which I used to like when I was in middle school I think. And I liked Linkin Park for a couple years around that time also if you count them in that same group.
On the subject of those types of bands, Sum 41 = most evil band in the world. Because they are better than the music they make but choose to make music that suits the lowest common denominator. Do they still exist? I don't even know anymore.
