Well heck yeah it would be a panner/ping ponger! One pulse goes to one side, the next pulse goes to the other side... sounds cool!

It sure is! The hold feature works in stereo too, as does the depth expression control. I had never messed around with stereo tremolo (panning) before and I was missing out, it sounds really cool.
I'm right in the middle of the pcb layout for it and I hope to have prototype boards ordered within 2 weeks, I'm really excited to build the first one of these.. it's been a long time coming now.

stereo is good.
I'm working towards a stereo rig, and can use all the quality Dr.S pedals i'll be able to get my hands on.

I think stereo is good too... it sounds really cool and it opens up other uses for the pedal like recording/studio stuff and electronic instruments. Or if a band only has one pedal for 2 guitarists, no problem, they can both use it. (At the same time and with special cabling and with really good timing.)
Stereo guitar rigs are cool though... it's such a big and enveloping sound.

These first proto boards are just the fast prototype option from Express PCB, they'll whip you up 4 fully decked out (4 layer with solder mask and silk screen) boards within 5 business days for $200ish. I'll have to populate these suckers by hand and they're gonna take forever but it's part of the fun! (I haven't forgotten our special arrangement, Kev, and I was gonna hand populate one for you too as long as these boards are perfect.)
I'll probably have to do one or two more rounds of proto pcbs just to make sure everything is perfect and then I order the Gerber files from Express PCB and them submit them to the Canadian manufacturers for a quote on populated boards. That process takes 2 to 4 weeks, then it's another 6 to 8 weeks for the manufacturing. That's about the fastest that we could get the new Tremolessence ready for production assuming no surprises and enough bank account room to do it.

that schedule sounds like excellent news for you (and us too), but mostly for you and Tanya!
we can only wonder how you'll top the Ultimate version when you get the option to use 6 layer PCBs with components on both sides

How many of us have 4 amps? And run those at the same time as well?
I'd prefer some other options instead :P
