I kind of wish Borderlands just didn't release the Pre-Sequel and Tales from the Borderlands or whatever that was. Then maybe I'd actually be excited for a Borderlands 3 announcement :idk:

This.

Keep it pure Gearbox!

Damn they just keep cranking out Borderlands! I couldn't even get through number 2 so I've just kind of stopped paying attention. Wish they'd try making something else, they're obviously talented developers.

Their lead writer is kind of an asshole whose marriage and life could be seen imploding on Twitter.
So probably the next game will be a bit different.

I've been wanting to play this game, it looks really fun.
Definitely on my list!

I've been playing the game Starbound quite a bit lately.
I know it's a game probably played mostly by 12 year olds, but being a space explorer in an infinite universe is just too fun.

Jesus fuck. Yeah, Borderlands 2 was a great game but another is just totally unnecessary.
Yeah.......there is a thing as too much Borderlands.
I loved, and still play 1. Probably the most hours I have in a game. multiple characters and play thrus. dat l00t.
2 was okay the first couple times through, but it wasn't anything like 1. a loot game that has a loot system that doesn't make you want to keep playing. doh. Played each character to max, then quit. forever.
TPS was a huge let down for me. I took off work, it looked great in the previews. I had to force myself to finish 1 play thru. haven't touched it since.

I'm skeptical that Gearbox will be able to make BL3 interesting to me. which is real sad.
I'll still play it. I'm obligated, but if they keep going the direction they're going............ :(
In Borderlands 1 it didn't feel like playing a scripted character. the game didn't tell you how to feel. You could get good bonuses off of weapon spcialization. Borderlands 2 hype worked on me. Doomsday Trailer. Game wasn't as fun. No sniping allowed. TPS is fun for me....on mute. I don't care about anyone forcing their orientation/gender/spirit animal/otherkin status/religion down my throat. Goes for all sides.

Also, bad sign that Gear Box is thinking about Borderlands 3 when they haven't even finished providing content for TPS and the Telltale franchise is falling behind schedule.

Also butchering Mr. Sat-uh.. Torgue.

I really liked unpatched TPS. Get legendary drops of Torks. Grind Iwajira for rocketlaunchers to sell so when legendaries pop up in the shop a couple times a day you can afford them. It was fun. Until Gearbox decided they didn't want people having fun anymore.

And only retcons are canon. :wha?: :(   :grumpy:

Not enough emoticons for my feels.

Edit: fixed some stuff to make for more readable

I've found quite a few glitches, but nothing game breaking yet (as of the end of year 2). Nothing that basically makes it impossible to move forward.
I've actually just heard talk of it. Haven't gotten around to playing it again myself. I will though, undoubtedly.

I only watch Kyle Bosman, James Rolfe and occasionally Jim Sterling. I don't let other people review games for me. If it looks good I play it. I'm more about the chit-chat and the rants.

Wow, I had no idea Resident Evil: Revelations was so good on the 3DS. I had already played it on PC, but this looks so damn good for a Portable. That game hasn't ceased to surprise me.

The upcoming sequel doesn't look as good though...

Usually I roll my eyes at the indie game 8-bit circlejerk but Shovel Knight is pretty sweet...
