For real though, the Monolith thing is fucking ridiculous. As a potential customer, I have just as much right to feel good about a purchase as anyone else. So why not give me confidence and address shit professionally? It took so much for him to even respond to the thread, that I don't think I'd ever purchase from Monolith. It's too risky IMO. That being said, I'm glad other enjoy the products they received. Maybe I can try something second hand.
