Is there any instrument more inherently pleasant than the Rhodes?

There was a Rhodes in my college jam room. Didn't work though, like most things in that jam room. Sad.
Also, I got bored of Starcraft and started going pure cheese builds, and won a surprising percentage of games. Watching people rage was way more fun than I thought it would be.

This is really the only way to play multiplayer games. If you aren't actively trying to piss people off in some way, you aren't playing it right.
There's no real satisfaction from doing well or winning anymore...it's all about who I can get to 'sperg out at me.
I'm usually not malicious about it though. It's an art form.

Thinking about asking for a Monotribe for Christmas. Seems like the most capable drum machine/sequencer that's under $200 and isn't TOO complicated.
The simplicity is fairly appealing to me. I really don't know crap about analog synths, or sequencers or any of this kind of stuff. I'd just like to do some one-man band kind of post-punk/industrial kind of stuff.
What kind of capabilities does it have? Can I do more than just an 8 bar pattern? Maybe two patterns that alternate after a certain number of bars?
