I made the most incredible chicken earlier with my sister. It had a perfect blend of tastes, and came out like nothing I've ever had. It was a soy, lemon, and sesame soaked chicken breast fried in the marinade, then coated in a soy, almond, garlic, and sugar sauce and then baked, served with rice.
I HAVE A PICTURE. THIS SHIT WAS INCREDIBLE. SO SUCCULENT THAT IT WAS FALLING OFF THE DAMN FORK. AND MY FRIED RICE IS ALWAYS FUCKING DELICIOUS.

Had an awesome day with Kate (watched Paranormal Activity 2 and Final Destination, cuddling on my bed). Played some drums, then played COD for a while. Tomorrow is a family trip to the Great Escape. Hopefully, it's fun.
