Thanks, guys. Still can't quite believe my luck.
Pups sound great (although I think I might need a little new foam under the bridge pup to raise it up a little), more like a Jaguar than a Jazzmaster. They both measure about 10k, so they're pretty hot for a vintage guitar, and they likee the fuzz just fine.
Crank the amp, add some phaser and play like the son of all known gods and they sound like this:
