I use Audacity as a conscious choice. I like it, and have had good success with it (despite its freeness/Go Go Gadget Equitable Redistribution of Wealth.

Listened to some to hear D's audio quality. You are inaudible for large stretches, at least when I listen in my car.

I am, too, but that's because I'm rumbling along quietly.

That's peculiar. Sounds fine on phones and a laptop to me (definitely wooly and vintage ?)

I sound like an asshole. My thought was that recording the way we did would allow the levels to be balanced so as to be easy listening, but...

it was a fun chat though.
