I read an article recently which stated that tribes are gonna start suing the Federal gov't. for not upholding their treaty obligations.

yeah, at best the republicans can agree to disagree with the democrats but they cant agree on anything for their own sake. basically, all they know how to do is argue rhetoric and when they finally win whatever bullshit they were filibustering about they start running around like chickens with their heads cut off not knowing what to do with their prize.
