Software tester/quality assurance, as in being a human spell check. I'm not sure if they have everybody who applies for the entire company(its a big software company) go through that or not.

the best way to do it, from my experience, is to say it in a joking manner. that way you're just joking (aka u are funny).
its bold (also can be good) but not overly awkward or skeevy. so if she takes it the wrong way you are were just making a funny. everything is cool
it also plants the seed of the idea in her head that yes u two could bone at some point.
